At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once our warehouse inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship your replacement.
